Team Compositions including Vindicta

I play with friends, Friend X is fairly "new" to the game and only plays Vindicta, he's getting a little better but probably will never get to point of carrying matches with her. Luckily he isn't feeding anymore, however we basically are playing 1 down as all this guy does is hover around blue walker the entire match, clearing blue wave and taking the jungle on our side of the map sometimes.

How do you carry matches when a person playing a carry character is guaranteed to have nearly 0 impact on the map? We have 2-3 players who can prove impact and the other 2 (apart from X) are support mains.
