Urgent

I thought I was exempted from ELT as I am studying american diploma, but they refused it multiple times and told me I should take it. I live in a country that I need to wait couple of days to be able to take the test (yes rare Ik) and we confrimed with them through the phone. Did they already take a look on my app or possibly getting a cw invitation?
