Total Vanilla Beyond mod and Apaches. Question.

If you are reading this then you are probably aware that in this mod you have the ability to play as Apaches. My question is whether in this mod, Apaches also learn how to recruit horse units during the game? I heard that in kingdoms DLC they learn recruiting them and gunpowder units after defeating armies with such units 10 times. Is it the same for the modification? Thanks for any help!
