Easiest job for flight benefits

I used to work as a CSA for AA and then moved out of aviation for a job related what I studied in college. I was my friend’s companion for 2 years before she got engaged, and I lost my spot to her fiancé. I miss non-reving and would like some suggestions on airline jobs that have more flexible schedule but I would still be able to qualify for ZED. I am not planning on quitting my 9-5 M-F, I just want to get back on flight benefits.
