I’m about to take Amitriptyline but it says 1 in 10 people get heart block?? I don’t know weather to do it now..

I’ve been given this med for pain ( specifically macular chest pain aswell ) and I’ve been reading the leaflet in the box and it says ‘common 1 in 10 people’ then lists the side effects and one of them is heart block..

It’s really made me debate weather I take it or not, I’ve had loads of heart tests and told I’m fine but is this really true? I’m not sure weather to take it, it’s 10mg daily
