What email security platforms are actually worth learning in depth right now for a SOC analyst role?

Hi everyone, I've been studying for my Security+ and most of the email security content still revolves around SEGs like Proofpoint and Mimecast. But a lot of job postings I am seeing also mention Abnormal, Darktrace, and Defender for Office 365.

Is it worth prioritizing the newer behavioral AI platforms or is SEG knowledge still what most enterprise SOC roles actually use day to day? Trying to be practical about where to focus.
