New player struggling with his umas pulling planning .

Hi , i've started the game 3 weeks ago (more or less) blindly , and started to check the estimated release dates for umas i'm looking for .

And here's the problems :
- Most of the umas that i want often release with only 1 month (or less) to save carrats . And i guess as a f2p this is not enough time to get a guarantee .
- I don't even know which general support cards i should try to get (and so when they will appear) , and i've read that it's really important for an account to have good ones .

Here the list of umas i want (and the starting date of their banner from uma.moe timeline) :
Nishino Flower (April 9) , Camping Taiki Shuttle (May 31) , Air Shakur (June 7) , Steampunk banner (July 9) , Halloween Meisho Doto (July 30) , Festival Tamamo Cross (August 18) , Shinko Windy (October 27) , Mr. C.B. (November 3) , other umas releasing after May 2027 that i'm taking into account for now

In order to chose the potential skipped umas i need to know :
- Which sup cards are a must have for a f2p account and when are they expected to appear ?
- Does any event of free pulls (like what happened with Tamamo Cross) could happen during one of my planned umas/recommended sup cards ?
- Any other things that will happen that i didn't think of it ?

I know there is daily Legends Race that should be here sooner or later , but it can take a few years for some of the wanted umas to be available .
