RTX 5060Ti 16gb upgrade from GTX 1660Ti. Worth it or get something better

i just checked in my local tech store and they still have RTX 5060Ti pre shortage price. I plan to play newer games and learn some local AI (LLMs, Video Generation, Image Generation, Agentic) one of the reasons I'm upgrading from GTX 1660 is most AI models don't run on it, and with only 6gb of VRAM even video rendering is kinda slow

My rig:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-fi

CPU: Ryzen 8700-f

Ram: T-Force Delta 16gb (2x8) DDR5

PSU: Corsair VS650 Bronze

Storage: Samsung Sata SSD, 1tb HDD

GPU: GTX 1660Ti 6gb
