Eligible in NY - Can I take the CPA exam and get my license if I live in NJ now?

I was evaluated and marked as eligible in the state of NY back in 2019. I did not pass any exams during this time and now live in NJ permanently. Do I need to go through the evaluation process for NJ again or can I still get my NTS and take the exams in NJ?
