Out of pocket Kryger (Thousand Oaks)

Recently in trying to get authorization from my pcp they said that my insurance isn't going to accept it even though at kryger over the phone they said they generally accept it but my pcp referred me to a different surgeon and,,, they had 1 star reviews and I could not find a single result picture anywhere. I don't trust him at all, I'm considering going to the consultation but the reviews were saying not to let this man touch your body.

Its the only one that they will cover though and now I'm considering paying out of pocket for kryger. Does anybody have any experience in what and how much did you have to pay? I currently only have 6k in pocket and cant get hired anywhere
