Wi-Fi calling randomly stopped working while abroad

Every time I try to make a call over Wi-Fi it connects me to boost customer service. Contacted them. They said they’ll put in a ticket wait 48 hours. I’m traveling for work and need my phone. I can’t even add global Roaming.
