Choosing A Car

Looking to buy a 2nd car for the house. Mainly for dogs/trips and the occassional commute.

Was looking at Fiestas/MG's as the slightly cheaper options, but then spotted this Yaris. I've had one before and drove it into the ground, but this one has only a partial service history. How big a deal is that likely to be?
