shipping hold

this is my second time ordering from surugaya and it’s a bigger order. my first one was only one figure and it got here right when it said it would—and only took about 4 days.

i re-ordered like 2-3 days ago and they shipped and it arrived at a DHL hub in cincinnati . it was a 100$ order and it took the amount off my card at first and just said ‘upcoming payment’ but now they returned the payment and when i check my track update it says the shipment is on hold at the cincinnati hub, but it’s still expected to come tomorrow.

should i be worried? or is this normal?
