Stuck on /mnt/user-data/uploads “No such file” loop — Claude web can’t read my uploaded HTML anymore (last 3 days)

For ~1 month I used Claude web to edit HTML/CSS files (200–300KB) by uploading post.html and asking for a full updated file back. Worked perfectly.

Since ~3 days ago, it keeps printing a fake “tool/sandbox” workflow like:

“Copy uploaded post.html to outputs…”

cp /mnt/user-data/uploads/post.html /mnt/user-data/outputs/post.html

cp: cannot stat ... No such file or directory

So it’s acting like the file exists on a filesystem path, but it can’t actually see the attachment.

Anyone else getting this recently?
If yes, what’s the fastest workaround? (new chat, rename file, incognito, disable tools, etc.)
