Any advice for talking to a girl you think is attractive?

I (M19) am in college. In one of my classes, there’s this girl who sometimes sits next to me. I think she’s attractive but we’ve never really talked before. We talked for a lil bit yesterday just because we have a test coming up and she was asking about it. She seemed pretty nice though. Any time I talk to anyone, I feel like I come off as really weird or awkward. Any tips for how I could talk to her without coming off as weird? I’m not even sure if she’s single, cause it seems like most girls are already in relationships.

We have this class twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. She was just asking me about when the test was and she seemed happy but idk if that has anything to do with me or not. The test is on Tuesday, so we have class together on Thursday, should I maybe try to make a move then? I have a pretty bad record with asking women out. I’ve been rejected or ghosted by every girl I’ve liked. I’m a very quiet and weird person, so I just wanna try to talk to her without it being so weird.
