Lithium

Was put on lithium about 2 weeks ago. I take 300mg twice a day. I'm also on latuda 60mg. Looking for feedback regarding lithium. My head feels foggy, my memory isn't great, I feel on edge and my anger is showing up. Will these symptoms go away? How long until I feel "normal" again? I don't want to give up on it quite yet; I'm having brief periods of "sunshine". Just looking for some insight. TIA.
