how to tell my teachers shes an absolute bitch

i have this teacher for english and shes and absolute bitch, shes young, and she always flirts with the guys, bending over their desks, giving them nicknames, twirling her hair and laughing extra loud when they make jokes, everyone in class has noticed this, and she treats the girls like absolute shit, today she threw the homework at my friends desk and it fell on the ground and she just stepped over and said “oops”, she doesnt talk to us, whenever we raise our hands she says “okay”, but when the guys do anything she glazes them and like flirts with them. today she called my parents cuz i didnt do one of her hw, saying she was really concerned for me since i am always on my phone( i am, its cuz shes always talking to the guys). And when a guy doesnt listen or do their homework she lets it slip. tmr shes going to talk to me and idk what to say
