What are some of the top 5 must haves and must not do while living alone for the first time?

I'm 30, I lived with my parents my whole life, lost mom 3 months ago, and now losing my pops, he's in a critical condition, my family already giving me a false hope talk fearing I would break after all that pressure, before i lost my mom, i lost my first ever dog at only 7 months old, got him to cope with the loss of my was to be wife, my life is the definition of mental pain and suffering.

For some reason, I feel like living alone will be peaceful, and sometimes.. terrifying.
