Dumbest best feature request

As i grind for $10M, I cant help but try and think of cool features that would add depth to the game, heres what ive thought of:

Give the owned businesses perks, what ive come up with:

• taco ticklers: you can serve cops...uhhhh...foods that reduce their effectiveness due to...uhhhh...the runs
• car wash: perhaps you can steal stuff from people's cars like drugs if the benzies use it
• post office: bulk mail/sell drugs
• laundromat: little bits of income or you can steal peoples fits

You can hate it, thats fine by me, just a shower thought i figured id share. maybe others have come up with it, sorry if thats the case
