Possible heel fracture. Foot is in a cast. Leg spasms getting worse. Is this normal?

M25 50kg 167cm. 5 days ago i fell about a meter and landed on my feet. My right heel touched the ground first. I immediately collapsed and passed out from the pain. I waited a day then went to the ER. My toes turned red, toenails and upper heel blue(toes and toenails are normal color today). I can move my toes a little, but i cant move my foot. It feels like my heel is getting stabbed by thick needles sometimes and i feel aching all over my right leg. Xray didnt show a break. They put a cast on and told me to come back in two weeks for xrays again. The third day i think i had some swelling because the cast felt tight and twitching started in the entire leg, including my foot. Then it started spasming and the twitching is now constant. I dont have any deficiencies, i take magnesium. My thigh is tense, i cant relax my muscles and it keeps getting worse and hurting more. I know that spasms can happen after such injury, but how much is normal? I tried gently bending and straightening my knee and it just hurts
