Different text on Riling Dawnbreaker Omen

Hey,

I’ve noticed on some of the Tarkir dragons (depending on artwork) the omen does or does not have the text (Then shuffle this card into its owner’s library.). Is that because this card is treated different or they just didn’t like the way it looked on alternate artwork cards?

Really wish Reddit would let me attach a photo to show it.
