Apologies for the lack of profile but I promise I am an experienced roleplayer returning to reddit after a brief hiatus.

This is not an exact scene we need to play, just more the vibes and a writing sample I’m going for.

Don was technically your stepfather, though he had been around for most of your life. You remembered living in a trailer with your mom, then Don came along and whisked you off to a nice house in the suburbs. Life was good until the last few years, when his business went through some hard times. Just after your 18th birthday, he sold it for nothing close to what it had one day been worth. It was enough that he and your mother didn’t have to work but they couldn’t live nearly as comfortably as before, Don spent most of the day around the house drinking and placing bets on sporting events, or hosting and playing in poker games.

He also started becoming physical with you and your mother. One day you brought home a C from community college. He said it was unacceptable and spanked you on your bare ass right there on the living room. Your mother said nothing. A week later you were laying out by the pool in your thing bikini, he came home and didn’t like it. That was the first time you got the belt. Your mom came home and he yelled at her for “letting you” wear such a thing, and then you heard her getting the belt too.

About this time you dropped out of community college, and got a job waitressing at a crappy little diner in a truck stop. The truckers stared at and grabbed your ass, made dirty comments, but actually tipped reasonably well. You worked long hours, trying to stay out of your house and away from your stepfathers wrath you often came home to your father drinking and watching football, sometimes while your mother stood in the corner, her red bottom on display.

One night after a double shift you came home, your stepfather nowhere to be seen. Your mom is at the kitchen table, eyes red from crying, wearing just a robe. She sees you look around “he’s passed out. Had to fuck him for hours and finally finish him off with my mouth, the drinking makes it fucking impossible” you gasp, your mothers never talked like that before.

So where does the story go from here, do the two of you just commeserate? Does one of you have a plan to get out? Maybe you have a chance to get a more lucrative job? Or maybe a man from the diner swept you off your feet. Or maybe you are trapped in an abusive cycle of sleeping with men like your stepfather. Let’s discuss where this goes. I have a few darker ideas as well.
