Will Notion handle large files attached to records well when creating thousands of records?

 Questions

In simple terms, my use case is having contractors submit a new record, which will include a video and a text file. QA Team sees it's in their queue, then reviews the attached files, which may include attaching modified versions before being finalized.

The file size will be ~100-300mb, anticipate 500-1000 new records a month.

Technically, this seems doable, but I am concerned this may have a performance impact down the road. We could consider automating the pruning of these files once we know they have been moved to a cloud storage platform. Ideally, I would prefer we keep them in Notion for quick, as-needed access vs going to the record and finding them in the cloud storage platform.

Thoughts, concerns, recommendations on best practices for this?
