Is anyone else taking Effexor?

They’re starting me on my pain management journey and I’ve been on Effexor now for about three weeks. I have also been on prednisone for a different issue for two of those weeks. My overall pain has been alleviated but I still have chronic pain issues (most likely related to EDS). I am wondering what other peoples experiences have been on this med?
