Need advice someone impersonating me and trying to get others to mass report my DeviantArt account. I am so scared about losing my account close to tears.

I’m currently dealing with a really stressful situation on DeviantArt. A user has created an account using a version of my name and is spreading false things about me while teaming up with others to encourage mass‑reporting of my account. I’ve already filed a Help Desk report for harassment and impersonation, but I’m feeling very anxious waiting for staff to respond. Has anyone else gone through something similar? How did DeviantArt handle it, and is there any way to protect my account while waiting?I’m not sharing usernames because I know that’s against subreddit rules I just need some guidance and reassurance.

I am honestly so scared right now about losing my account that I am close to tears. I have had my account for 5+ years now. I do not want anything to happen to my account and my other account. I have two accounts for seperate reasons one is for fan art and fanfiction writing the other only is for strictly photography.
