If you have the personality of a brick...
Why do so many posts on here give off the vibe that the OP has absolutely no clue that forming solid trainer-client relationships, being able to relate to people, being able to communicate, and just simply being able to thrive as a fitness professional has a great deal to do with people actually enjoying being around you?!?!?!
There seem to be many out there who do not get the fact that successful trainers get that way because people actually like them as people!
It's not all about social media posts, answering DMs, looking a certain way, how many letters you have behind your name, owning your own studio, or designing the best programs...and no, AI is not going to ever fully be able to take over this profession. Sorry.
If you have the personality of a brick, you're gonna continue to fail at this.
End rant.
