Heart racing after my first dose?

Hey all! Just took my first dose of tirzepatide 24 hours ago and last night around 12 hours I got an afib notification on my Apple Watch which I’ve never gotten before. Since then my heart is racing in and out and I had trouble sleeping last night. Has anybody else experienced this? If you did how long did it take to go away? I’m really enjoying the decrease in appetite already and didn’t wake up with the usual cravings but the racing heat is making me really anxious and making me second guess if this is for me 😬
