Speakers not working

So I went ahead and changed my front lower speakers and tweeters (no hk) with aftermarkets

now the front (both) dont work. Before I went in everything worked.

I am pretty annoyed, havent had issues changing speakers before and now they pooped the bed.

where do I go from here..?
