Looking to rent near VMC, which building is actually good/safe?

I’m looking to rent a condo near Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). I know people usually don’t recommend this area, but I have my reasons and need to be close to VMC. I work from home and will be home most of the time, so I really care about safety, building quality, and nearby amenities.

Here are the options I’m looking at:

1. 38 Honeycrisp Crescent
2. 2920 Hwy 7 (Vaughan Corporate Centre)
3. 28 Interchange Way (Vaughan Corporate Centre)
4. 10 Honeycrisp Crescent
5. 195 Commerce Street

My main questions:

• Which buildings are actually good quality and safe?
• Which are quieter and have the least sketchy activity nearby?
• Which are better for someone who will be home a lot?

I’ve heard mixed things online, so I’d love honest opinions from people living or renting here.
