Looking for a very simple upgrade

As mentioned above, I’m looking to upgrade my PC in the simplest way possible, I find it hard to keep track of all the various numbers of components and I don’t really have to budget for buying a part only to find out I need to upgrade something else.

I’m trying to get as many of the parts second hand if possible so long as it’s an upgrade on what I have. I’ve been playing driving games linked via cable on a meta quest and it’s clear the hardware can’t keep up.

What can I do for a straightforward upgrade?
