Need guidance/strategy

Can someone guide me or provide me with a rough strategy on how to maximize my time so that I can get into ISB YL program
I am a fresher, I'll be graduating this year.
GEM Fresher with 8/8/8 profile.
Do I have to do anything for extra curriculars since the only extra curriculars I have is that I was the managing director of IEEE-SB(technical club in my college) and I am not even sure if it's meaningful

What must I do for the next few months so that I can maximize my chances on scoring well in CAT and gre/gmat and increase my chances in getting in
