Is my Brave browser Hijacked? Links inserted above <!doctype> in almost all visited sites...

Was looking under the hood of a sire powered by Ghost and thought these links were being injected by the site owner or Ghost... some are links to adult material.

Then I visited a couple others ... same thing.

These are being injected above the <!doctype> while I browse.

Have I been Hijacked?

Anyone else seen this type of thing?
