Lost my only key. 14 multi

My idiot brain left my entire keychain in my top box before hitting the freeway for an hour. Thankfully, the luggage key was still there after the ride, alas, the fob was not.

My question is, considering that I have a working pin and can start the bike just fine, do I need a new ECU and all that horror? Or can the pin immobilizer unlock allow for new key programming?
