who should i talk to for advising?

Hello! I just have a few questions for early and regular admissions, plus average requirements for USASK 2nd year. I can’t for the life of me find a way to book an advisor since I don’t know if I should select one from the college of nursing (which i couldn’t find) or through arts and science
