Things to do hands on help

So my grand dad told me to do something and he o be honest I don’t know what to do I already graduate high school a year ago I don’t want collage he said for me to go out and so something but I like doing things hands on like the gym I want to go or do yoga I’m a guy btw can anybody recommend me anything also no jobs I do everything for free, I’m in Victorville anybody got anything let me know thanks
