Can someone please help me

For some reason door dash has randomly made all my notifications from them completely silent. So if im dashing and leave the app for any reason I cant hear orders it doesnt pop up anymore unless im in app. I keep missing orders and its driving me crazy. I reset my phone twice I QUADRUPLE checked the notification settings it says its on yet it keeps them silent and I can't hear them in time to accept anything. Can someone please help me.
