Focus to Pivot

I’m currently on Focus and have come to the realization that AWS is not the environment for me. Crying from being berated by ur manager is no fun. I’m currently applying to positions and have some offers but trying to step away with what I can. If I do end up taking a new offer, is there a way to go from Focus to Pivot quickly? At this point trying to get all I can and just leave. For e.g. I have some unused flexible PTO, if I just take all my PTO (or go on FMLA for a few weeks or something), would that expedite the process? It’s pretty clear my manager doesn’t want me to succeed/not that I want to stay… so just curious for any advice.
