Can't retrieve game data after tablet died and installed Township on new tablet.

My wife has been on Township for over 10 years. Her tablet just went DOA and when she installed Township on her new tablet, she can see the game with her identity but cannot access her 10 years worth of data!!!! Is there a way to retrieve it all?
