how long for withdrawals to go tf away?? pls help

hey i've been taking benzos for ~8 months, at some point i was on 3mg alprazolam a day and managed to go down to 0.375mg klonopin a day (slowly tappering off within 2-3 months)

i've been on that dose for 1-2 weeks and then i quit cold turkey 6 days ago, my heart always racing and i got this knot on my chest/throat; i also get chills sometimes and weird headaches

i thought my dose was too low to experience withdrawals like these, in how many days will they stop?
