Unreported 2016 'Help!' thread — victim with Zorro Ranch ties begs Epstein for help while in hiding, Epstein forwards her plea to associate who offers to 'find out more' about her

I've been running searches through the Epstein email corpus on HuggingFace (notesbymuneeb/epstein-emails — 5,082 threads from the House Oversight release) and came across something I haven't seen covered anywhere. I've searched extensively and can't find any reporting on this. Hoping the community here can help verify and dig deeper.

The "Help!" Thread

In January 2016, a woman emails Epstein at jeevacation@gmail.com with the subject line "Help!" She's desperate, in hiding, and her message is gut-wrenching:

She says she left the city to escape being found, but press, PIs, and film companies tracked her down anyway. People are showing up where she lives asking about Epstein and the "people" she was "documented with." Her landlord is threatening to shoot them. She lost a boyfriend over it. She's broke and in debt.

Then this line: "I dropped out of college because of you (and GM's) advice."

GM = Ghislaine Maxwell.

She goes on: "Started working for a company you wanted me to and basically my life has become hell since then. I have been your supporter for 16 years, the media explosion with Clinton, Trump and Cosby is affecting me. I'm not prepared for this."

Epstein's response? "i appreciate it. I should be back feb 14."

She pushes back — says she doesn't need to be photographed, that she moved somewhere rural specifically to hide, that she doesn't need people coming to find her to get information about Epstein and the "people" she was "documented with."

Then on February 15, 2016, she follows up: "Still have Zorro W pjs... Perfect for my lonely Valentine's Day."

She had pajamas from Zorro Ranch. She was there.

Here's Where It Gets Dark

In a different copy of this thread (the corpus has duplicates across document batches), there's an additional message that doesn't appear in all versions.

After Epstein receives her plea, someone labeled "ee" responds on January 20, 2016:

"Wow. I haven't seen her in months but we are friendly and I can try to find out more if you want. Let me know..."

Epstein forwarded a terrified woman's cry for help to someone who offered to gather intelligence on her.

Who is "ee"?

"ee" shows up in at least 20 threads across the corpus. Through cross-referencing I'm confident this is Robert Trivers, the evolutionary biologist Epstein funded. Here's the evidence:

1. In one thread (Sept 2016), "ee" writes that "Robert Lynch's work and my own were cited in a Nation article" about Trump and humor. That Nation article ("Have You Ever Seen Donald Trump Laugh?") cites exactly two researchers: Robert Lynch and Robert Trivers. No one else.
2. "ee" and "Robert Trivers" never appear as separate senders in the same thread across the entire corpus.
3. Trivers appears under his full name in TEXT-prefix documents, while "ee" appears in IMAGES-prefix documents — consistent with OCR rendering his name differently across scanning batches.

And here's what else "ee"/Trivers was doing in the corpus:

• January 2015: Discussed his personal "involvement" with Epstein and "smoking gun allegations by the other girls," said he'd talk to a lawyer, and proposed making a "viral video that showed how easily people can be fooled" to discredit victims. Called it potentially "really fun."
• May 2011: CC'd alongside Richard Kahn and Darren Indyke on the sale of Epstein's Boeing 727. That's inner financial circle, not just a funded academic.
• February 2019: Forwarded DOJ investigation news to Epstein with commentary.
• Was invited to Davos through Epstein's network.

What's Known vs. What's New

Trivers' general connection to Epstein is known — he got ~$40K in funding, publicly defended him to Reuters in 2015, and his correspondence about various research topics has been reported.

But as far as I can find, none of the following has been reported:

• The "Help!" thread itself — this victim, her Zorro Ranch connection, the Maxwell college directive, being "documented with" powerful people
• Trivers proposing a "viral video" to discredit victims
• Trivers admitting "involvement" and needing a lawyer
• Trivers offering to "find out more" about a desperate victim after Epstein forwarded her plea
• Trivers being CC'd on the 727 sale with Kahn and Indyke
