Effects of Mercury Retrograde in Pisces

I’m curious if anyone else is experiencing a big shift in their self-esteem lately, because the only way I can make sense of what’s been happening to me is through the current Mercury retrograde in Pisces. Im usually quite grounded but I just can’t make sense of what’s going on with me at the moment. I just feel so alien and like I’ve lost myself in a week when really nothing has changed. It’s almost like things that would usually lift me up just went all bad.

Is anyone else going through something similar during this retrograde, or am I just having a really rough couple weeks?🫠🫣
