What to do when every post doesn't get approved and no responses to mod mails? (Desktop)

I participated for years in the r/yuri sub, made many posts too without problems, but around a month or so ago every post of mine needed "moderator approval".

Description of what happened in detail:

It began with this Post No.1 (nsfw). I waited for 3 days for it to get approved. Nothing happened. Then, I wrote a friendly mod mail (see below), and waited 2 more days. No reply at all. Then, I asked one community member if he could send them a mod mail in my stead, the mods immediately replied to him and the post got approved (took 7 days in total) (still until this day no reply to me from mods)

I posted again this here Post No.2 (nsfw) and it said again "waiting for approval". I patiently waited a day, nothing happened. Then I wrote a mod mail, and no reply until even now. Then the second day I thought I would ask someone again in my stead, the mods replied to them and post got approved. (still until now no reply to my mod mails at all)

My question to you guys: How could I have handled the situation better? I can post in all subs perfectly fine, but let's say it happens again. What should I do when posts don't get approved and mods don't reply to your mod mails for it for days or weeks?
