DLC heads with helmet on

So pretty much buying the DLC heads for me comes down to if we are able to have the voice lines but still have the helmet on that would be perfect for me and i've watched alot of information on the patch from FTG and Yeertski but don't remember them mentioning that so if anyone knows that would be very helpful💯
