I apologize, but I need to rant. Can we talk about the man who VOLUNTARILY signed up for Love Is Blind, mind you, a show literally designed around emotional connection, and then had the audacity to tell his fiancée that he normally dates women who do CrossFit and Pilates every day? On the one dating show where looks are supposed to come second??? Sir, you filled out an application. There was a casting process. You had time to think about this.

AND CAN WE MENTION THAT JESSICA IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Way out of his league, I’m sorry (not really)

But the real villain of this story is the fact that he then doubled down and said he STILL believes love is blind. Okay fine, growth? Redemption arc? No. Because that statement was immediately followed by “I get it when you’re 90 years old not everyone is going to look good, but I’m not 90.”

EXCUSE ME. WHAT DID HE JUST SAY.

So to recap: this man entered an experiment about loving someone beyond physical attraction, questioned his fiancée’s body, and then defended the concept of love being blind by essentially saying it only applies to people who are literally elderly. The self-awareness is just not there. It is absent. It has left the building.
