Hey… I’ve been meaning to say this, even if I never actually send it.

Thank you for checking on me and asking how I was doing. You probably don’t even realize how much that meant. Sometimes it’s not the big gestures, it’s just knowing someone genuinely cares enough to ask. And you did.

You didn’t have to, but you did anyway. And in that moment, it made things feel a little lighter. It reminded me that I’m not as alone as I sometimes feel.

I don’t know if I’ll ever send this, but I’m grateful. Truly
