Access to Work - what now?

I had my assessment a couple of weeks ago and was awarded a few bits like noise cancelling headphones (Bose Quietcomfort) which have been put in a letter to my employer, which they've received. Do we now just purchase these and claim the money back or is there another step?

I've not yet received the letter containing more detail including recommendations that aren't funded by Access to Work..

Basically, how does it play out following the assessment, if someone could post a step by step that would be good. I feel like I'm just waiting for a letter to then take to work?
