Cloud and Local Save Bug Not Fixed

So lost four hours of co op play from last night. Logged into the game and had save mismatch between my local save and cloud save. Cloud save was more recent - no biggie. Loaded it up and my progress from the co op session with my friend was gone - poof. I had made sure to physically save the file and watched Steam back it up to the cloud (blue icon color). Never had an issue with this before, so didn’t bother backing up my save. Quite frankly I shouldn’t have to. It’s their responsibility to launch a game with a functioning save file system. Anyway this patch has *not* addressed the issue so please be careful going forward.
