Would you change/recommend anything about this build?

This is my first ever build, and I just recently started learning about all of this (which was overwhelming), so any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

My goals:
- probably a dual monitor setup (one is gaming, the other is for everything else like content creation, etc)
- future proofing

Here are my main concerns:

1. Should I go with the Asus ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO ATX AM5 Motherboard instead?
2. Maybe Corsair HX1200i (2025) instead?
3. 6000 CL28 vs 6400 CL30?
4. X3D: 7 9800 or 9 9900 or 9 9950?
