How do I bring up sexual issues to my parents to have them help me find help?

I have vaginismus, which I don't want to describe much because of the predators on here but how do I tell my parents that I'm having issues related to sex and have them let me see a doctor? my parents are pretty chill but I'm kinda horrified to bring it up and I guess I'm hoping somebody else has been in a situation like this and can help me figure out what the first step is.
