obligatory bus crashout

there hasn't been an H bus in literally half an hour. the H bus that should've been here (ARC) 15 minutes ago stopped at BSC for 10 minutes, did a loop of the off-road, then went out of service. don't remember its number. The next H bus has been resting for 10 minutes already. i just want to get off of Busch. I'm already late. what the hell is going on with the H bus
